Wynyard Bridge Closure

The Wynyard Crossing Bridge connecting Quay Street to Wynyard Quarter is closed for maintenance until late 2024.

To connect from Britomart, Downtown Ferry Terminal or Queen Street, you can use the City Link Bus which runs every 7 minutes and stops at Wynyard Quarter.

To travel directly to Wynyard Quarter by bus, you can take the high-frequency 75 bus which travels from East Auckland past the Auckland City Hospital and Midtown. Pedestrians can walk around the Viaduct basin via Customs Street West, Viaduct Harbour Avenue and Halsey Street.
