    Our drivers are Dementia Friends and complete advanced driver training. We also have a large number of female drivers available.

    All companion services are charged separately.

    • Flag fall rate is $3.50 per kilometre for sedans and wheelchair accessible vehicles. 
    • The waiting time for sedans and wheelchair accessible vehicles is charged per minute. 
    • Other vehicles are charged $3.10 per minute. 
    • The technology fee is $3.
    • Wheelchair hoist subsidy is $11.5 per trip.

    • Our fare is $2.85 a minute (we use Google maps to calculate your fare).
    • Waiting time is charged at $1 per minute (at driver’s discretion).
    • There is a $3 Total Mobility booking fee in addition to the fare.
